HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT:

When you reach out, we will gather some basic contact info and event details.
- Details such as the type of event, venue, event date, and number of attendees.
- If filling out a contact form, we will be in-touch with you within 24hrs Monday-Friday.
Your event will then be assigned to a Sight & Sound team member who will be your main point of contact through the entire process.
Once assigned, your team member will reach out get to know your event ideas, brainstorm, and get a really good feel for what you are trying to accomplish.
A walk-through of the venue space will be scheduled if needed.
Next, a quote will be created and reviewed with you in-person, via Zoom or over the phone to be sure everyone is on the same page.
Contracts are signed, deposits are sent.
You host an incredible event that no-one can stop talking about it!
