Duplechin brings a wealth of audio-visual expertise to his role as Assistant Project Manager at Sight & Sound Productions. He obtained his degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University, laying a solid foundation for his career in the industry.

Dylan’s professional journey has included roles such as audio-visual technician and recording engineer, where he cultivated his expertise in audio production and project management. He joined the Sight & Sound team driven by his passion for creativity and the opportunity to broaden his skillset while collaborating with colleagues. 

As Assistant Project Manager, Dylan is instrumental in orchestrating projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with company standards and exceed client expectations. His responsibilities include organizing timelines, managing deliverables, and fostering seamless audio-visual experiences.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys watching scary movies and cheering on the Giants and Yankees, proudly embracing his northern roots. He aspires to travel extensively as part of his bucket list, with Ireland being his dream vacation destination.
