Kaci Willis is a Project Manager for Sight & Sound and Mugwump Productions, joining the team in 2025.
A Jacksonville native, Kaci brings years of experience in event production and festival operations to her role as Project Manager. After studying at Florida State University and the University of Central Florida, she worked with major festivals like Coachella and Stagecoach, toured with Chris Stapleton’s All American Road Tour, and helped produce brand activations for Super Bowl LVIII. Before entering the industry in 2021, she spent six years as a photographer in Miami and Orlando.
Kaci is especially proud to work with The Shane Carpenter Foundation, which has raised over $100,000 in scholarships, and her volunteer efforts with Best Buddies.
When she’s not producing events, you’ll find Kaci at a music festival, the beach, or traveling with her two cats, Tango and Charlie. Her favorite quote: “It’s not about what you go through, but how you grow through it.”
