Who Is Sight and Sound Productions?
What started as two guys and a van running around Jacksonville helping hotels and businesses with their AV needs has become one of Northeast Florida’s top audio and video production companies. Operating from our 43,000-square-foot facility, our team of 18 seasoned event professionals handles everything from traditional in-person events to hybrid and virtual productions.
And while we’ve expanded to serve clients nationwide, most of our work happens right here in Jacksonville, where we’ve been building relationships and raising the bar for event production since 1987.

Our Story
In 1987 we started out simple – just two guys providing AV rental equipment to Jacksonville hotels and businesses. But things took off when we bought Ultimate Events in 1998. Suddenly, we weren’t just the local AV guys anymore. We were producing major corporate events all over the region. By 2000, Sight and Sound’s reputation for pulling off events had spread coast to coast. Then came 2010, when we brought Mugwump Productions into the fold. Adding their one-of-a-kind props and elegant event décor meant our clients could get everything they needed in one place. Today, Sight & Sound Productions and our sister company, Mugwump Productions, work seamlessly as a one-stop shop for all your event needs, such as decor, design, rentals, audio, video, and lighting.
