Sight & Sound Productions partnered with DLP Capital for their multi-day Lending and Investor Event at the Sawgrass Marriott, delivering a polished production that blended reliable AV execution with elevated visual design. 

As long-term collaborators, our team was excited to expand on previous years’ setups by introducing new elements, including an LED wall that became the visual centerpiece of the experience.

Bringing the Client Vision to Life

DLP Capital arrived with a general sense of what they wanted to achieve, and our team stepped in to shape that vision into a complete production plan. Working through design concepts, technical requirements, and stage layout, we helped the client understand what was possible within their space and how to elevate the attendee experience through thoughtful AV choices.

One of the most significant enhancements came through the introduction of an LED wall that served as the upstage background for general sessions. This allowed us to create motion-based visuals rather than static imagery, including mountainscapes, clouds, and subtle movement that brought the stage environment to life. The LED wall quickly became a favorite feature and a defining part of the overall production design.

Atomic Stage Set & Dynamic Visuals

The client has always preferred Atomic panels for their stage sets, so our team designed a custom Atomic look to complement the new LED wall. The combination created dimension, texture, and a more immersive backdrop for speakers throughout the event.

The LED wall offered opportunities for creative visuals that shifted with programming needs. For sessions held in mountain destinations, we incorporated scenic elements like layered peaks, drifting clouds, and environmental movement. For more formal portions of the agenda, the content shifted to clean, branded graphics to keep the stage polished and professional.

Multi-Room Production & Breakout Spaces

In addition to the main general session room, a second space was added late in the planning process. This room served as an additional general session space, with an Atomic backdrop, projector screens, and a compact AV setup aligned with the program flow.

Although this second room came as a last-minute request, our team quickly designed an Atomic stage look, gathered equipment, and installed a complete setup that felt cohesive with the main session room. Both rooms ran simultaneously at multiple points throughout the event, including worship services and special programming, requiring careful coordination across teams.

Planning and Collaboration

Regular communication played an essential role in the success of this event. Our project manager met with DLP Capital frequently through Teams calls leading up to show week to finalize details, adjust layouts, and incorporate new program elements.

When the second general session room was added, we worked closely with the client to ensure the new space aligned with the overall aesthetic and technical needs. Constant coordination allowed our team to move quickly without compromising quality.

Seamless Execution

With two general session rooms and multiple breakout sessions running concurrently, staffing and timing were critical. Our technicians were strategically assigned to ensure both spaces had full support during programming. This careful planning allowed us to manage transitions smoothly and maintain a high production standard in every room.

By show time, both the Atomic stage set and LED wall performed flawlessly, creating dynamic visual environments that enhanced every moment of the event.

A Successful Event & Client Response

The client was thrilled with the outcome, especially with the LED wall. After seeing the capabilities of motion-based visuals and the flexibility it offered, they immediately embraced it as a core part of their production. They continue to request this setup for future events and have already begun planning their next show with us.
