Elisha Jordan holds the role of Director of Operations at Sight & Sound and Mugwump Productions, where he oversees the overall success of our production department.

Initially joining the company in 2014 for an internship, Elisha found his passion in event production and has been an integral part of the team ever since. He has progressed through roles including Event Technician and Operations Manager before assuming his current position, establishing himself as an esteemed member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Elisha is responsible for implementing training policies, enhancing production methods, managing equipment logistics, and establishing operational procedures. He collaborates closely with the project management team to ensure efficient execution of events.

With a knack for transforming empty spaces into spectacular events, Elisha thrives on the constant challenges and creativity the event production industry offers. His dedication to excellence and client satisfaction drives him to ensure every event exceeds expectations.

Outside of the office, Elisha enjoys exploring the great outdoors through hiking and capturing scenic shots with his drone. He cherishes spending quality time with his wife and daughter, especially enjoying trips to the zoo together.
