Annika Radtke serves as a Project Manager, taking her passion and experience for events to the next level. Born in Jacksonville and raised in Fernandina Beach, Annika has been immersed in hospitality since she was 15 years old. After years in food service and event coordination at Oyster Bay Yacht Club, she joined the team in 2025.
Annika loves the creative fulfillment that her role provides, especially transforming a couple’s vision into a seamless, joy-filled celebration they’ll never forget. When she’s not coordinating dream weddings and events, you can find her outdoors with friends, playing pickleball, hiking, or tending to her garden. She’s also a musician at heart, currently teaching herself piano and guitar, and enjoys relaxing with her tuxedo cat, Binx.
