Meet Victoria Staszewski, the Vice President of Marketing at Sight & Sound and Mugwump Productions. In her role, Victoria oversees all marketing department operations from steering campaigns and digital marketing efforts to maintaining brand integrity, sponsorship initiatives, internal communications, and PR.
Since joining the companies in 2012, Victoria has played an intricate role in establishing Sight & Sound and Mugwump as elite brands in the North Florida event industry.
Community involvement is one of Victoria’s favorite parts of her job. She is a sound believer that the companies have a unique opportunity to help organizations produce professional events to raise money, and helping organizations raise money only makes the place we all live and work a better place to be.
Along with community efforts, Victoria played a key role in establishing partnerships the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, the Jacksonville Icemen, Community First Igloo and the Armada FC.
Victoria is not only an asset to Sight & Sound and Mugwump, but she also contributes her time to various networks including the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge and the National Proton Therapy Association.
Outside the office, you will find her at the beach looking for shark’s teeth, thrifting, taking photos while traveling, and cheering on the Jags.
