BREAKS GROUND ON $4.25 MILLION BUILDING NEAR I-295 AND BEACH BLVD.
JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA: Event company duo, Sight & Sound Productions and Mugwump Productions, broke ground today on their new $4.25 million 43,000-square-foot headquarters at 3636 Beachwood Ct.
Sight & Sound Productions and Mugwump Productions, both under the same ownership, have outgrown their current spaces. The new headquarters will be home to both companies for the first time.

Currently, Sight & Sound Productions operates out of 16,000 square feet and Mugwump is in 11,500 square feet.
The new facility will be 33,000 square feet of warehouse space and 10,000 square feet of office space on 3.77 acres allowing for future expansion.
In addition to office and warehouse space, the new building will offer an eco-friendly warehouse cooling system, showroom, and event prep-space.
Jon Davis, Owner & CEO of both Sight & Sound Productions and Mugwump Productions, started with Sight & Sound Productions in 1996 as the Director of Sales. By 2001 Mr. Davis was named President, in 2010 led to acquisition of Mugwump Productions, and became Owner & CEO in 2011.
With Sight & Sound Productions focusing in event production and audio-visual services and Mugwump Productions specializing in event décor and design, the companies are able to provide the full-service event experience to their customers.
With the construction of the new building, the companies will have the ability to continue to expand their inventory and staff and produce the highest quality events in the region.
