Last night 500+ nominees and guests attended the 5th Annual NFHLA ROSE Awards to honor the men and women in the hospitality industry for their excellence in customer service.
Mayor Alvin Brown presented a compelling message on how vital the people of the hospitality industry are to the success of Jacksonville and thanked all of the nominees and guests for their commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Mike Buresh, Chief Meteorologist on Action News was also in attendance and presented the nights winners with their ROSE awards.
